Tweets on the Ancestral Health Symposium

By Diana Hsieh

Folks at the Ancestral Health Symposium are tweeting about the lectures quite regularly, and if you want to follow that, just check out the #AHS11 hashtag.

So far, the conference has been interesting and worthwhile. I've learned some tidbits of information here and there -- including some that might change aspects of how I eat. Also, I'm delighted to see some direct discussion of controversial matters among paleos -- like low-carb versus not, dairy versus not, etc. But mostly, I've enjoyed the opportunity to talk to all kinds of awesome people I've only known online before.

Hooray for geeky paleo fun!
