I have some questions regarding the paleo diet. I work as a paramedic and as an RN. Both of my jobs are "12 hour shifts" professions, and therefore I rely on my coffee and unfortunately have to eat quick food most of the time. Still, I make as much time as possible for exercising, and I love leading a healthy lifestyle. But it's just hard on my schedule sometimes which leads me to my question. Do you have any tips for me on some quick and portable paleo meals/snacks?
