Bureaucrats and Paperwork Versus Food Safety

Will the food safety bill actually do anything to make your food more safe? Absolutely not. More bureaucrats and paperwork only create the illusion of safety. The substance of food safety depends on the day-in and day-out habits of food producers, as reflected in their reputations with food distributors and consumers.
